    As an HR professional, Peggy Maher-Daniels has 30 years of diversified human resources experiences. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and in the private sector. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Wesley College and a Master of Science Degree in Administration of Justice from Wilmington University. She resides in Delaware with her husband Mark, two sons and her beloved 85 pound yellow Lab Caden.

    What's the worst thing you have to deal with as an HR professional?  There are bound to be some facinating answers to this question.  Dealing with HR nightmares is never any fun, but it is often part of the job.  Employees can greatly disrupt a workforce and pose many challenges in today's workforce.
